Warranty
Apparel City Sewing Machine Company proudly offers a limited 90-day warranty on your new sewing, cutting, and/or steam machine, exclusively to the original purchaser. Please note that this warranty excludes transportation costs, postage, and expendable spare parts such as needles, bobbins, belts, and more. Defective parts not listed as expendable will be repaired or replaced at no charge, provided the machine or parts are returned prepaid to Apparel City. This warranty is valid under normal sewing conditions and proper care, and does not cover damage from neglect, unauthorized repairs, or acts of nature. Warranty service requires presentation of the original sales receipt or a copy, and motors are covered by a separate one-year limited warranty.
